Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some delays may occur when new products are launched and other times of high demand. If you have any concerns related to your order or shipping please email us directly at support@crackedpolish.com.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rats are calculated at the time of purchase. We currently only deliver to US and Canada based customers and offer USPS ground advantage shipping for all orders. Your order should be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@crackedpolish.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. You can track your order directly with the USPS here.
