You do not complain that every time you open a channel or group telegram, everything is downloaded without touching it, such as files, pictures, videos, and so on.
Example: You join a group and then you go through the messages and you see a picture, a video, or a file, you see without touching the downloaded file.
To resolve this, go to Settings> then “Data And Storage” and then click on When using mobile data.
